Yoomoo (Canary Wharf)

Share This:

Cows are a permanent symbol of happiness here in England – plastered on ice-cream, frozen yogurt, chocolate – as if they were this avatar of tranquility. Surely enough they haven’t experienced trying to drive through a herd of cows, who are then, I am sure, intentionally slow and downright aggressive. What then does the sign of the cow signify to Yoomoo?

Nothing of good augur I’m afraid – what apparently used to once be an exciting self-service frozen yogurt shop (I do remember always going by it on my way to more important things, like Waitrose) has now become a place of deep sadness and strange tasting dessert. The options are rather uninspired and the texture of the yogurt was in no way fresh or refreshing. What was even stranger was when I was burping (hey, I’m just human, I burp sometimes too) I kept having this taste of plastic in my mouth.

Which was, in hindsight, similar with the taste of the frozen yogurt.
