All you need for tea is warm water and tea leaves. Such a simple activity has, though, been transformed into what I believe to be a billion dollar industry: cafes (yes yes they also sell coffee whatever).

Considering this, we still have good coffee shops and bad ones. Space is very important here (much more than for a restaurant), but so is making sure you buy the best products. DOCASA has an amazing range of loose tea than really made my day. The Earl Grey was full of flowery flavour (which is much more a trait of the Imperial Earl Grey but whatevs), with a perfect balance between strength and aroma. Often what happens is that the tea becomes to bitter – either due to it brewing too long but often also because of the amounts of tea leaves per water.
The vibe was quite relaxed, there is reasonably fast WiFi and the staff is lovely.
