Gelupo Gelato

Pursuant to me not being able to go to the gym, I went out and about to find some tasty ice-cream place I could share with everyone.

Disclaimer: not all pictures are mine. Some are made by Etienne’s much more professional camera – sigh.

Back to the ice-cream. Gelupo (London, 7 Archer Street, W1D 7AU) is a great little place with a great variety of both ice-cream and granita, including the recent Coronation Chicken flavour (not the biggest fan of that).

Everything is neatly stacked on the shelves (god bless for that, my OCD would have kicked in otherwise and I might have had the compulsion to go do some cleaning). It was a rather good day yesterday, made me think a lot about ‘finding time’ for the things you like doing and for the people you enjoy seeing.

Caught in action! As I was saying. I never believe in the whole ‘i’m so busy, that’s why i don’t have time for you’. In my personal experience, you always do have time. Cut on spending that half an hour googling some random shit or don’t decide to stay on facebook all day. Whilst I do accept that sometimes, you really are VERY busy, like having a million deadlines. And even then, I would say, you can find some time.

It more a thing of priorities. Would I rather make a nice meal, or just grab a fast bite and see my friends? It’s sometimes not even that, to be honest. It just that people, whether they notice or not, do tend to waste time.

ImageThe ice cream was good – and so was the Blood Orange and Clementine Granita. Not all that expensive either, about 7 pounds for 2 people.
