Back in London means back to baking!

In my previous post, you were enchanted by the rustic surroundings of my grandparents house. Little did everyone know that the cherries picked from the garden, sweet and luscious was their taste, would travel across mountains and seas and become a tart here in London.

Mix up 140 g self-raising flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 50g sugar all together. Crack in an egg, mix it with a wooden spoon, add 4 tbsp of milk and 85g butter (melted) and then put it in a baking tray.

Put in them cherries and add some crust if you so please. Much to tired for a more sophisticated post, hopefully will be able to do so soon.
